Should be kicked out

I've bought it yesterday and and used just once for testing and gathered around 10 contacts.
Several hours later when logging in my Linkedin account, I found that my account was suspended with the reason below.

Message from Linkedin
We noticed unusual activity from your account. This includes an unusually large number of profile views and/or viewing patterns that indicate the use of an automated tool.
To help guard against abuse and to protect Member privacy, we don’t permit the use of software tools that automate activity on LinkedIn. We also limit accounts from viewing an unusually large number of Member profiles.

So I contacted Waalaxy by Chat to discuss, but they did not show any responsibility saying "First of all, me as a person sitting here typing you has no responsibility regarding your account", "this does not happen to our very large and satisfied user base", "It may feel like this is directly related to us given the timing, you see it may also have nothing to do with us at all"
Such a pathetic customer service.

Moreover, I cannot use my account which has been built for many years. Anyone can help me to take them to a court for compensation?

Hey there,

Here's how LinkedIn's Automation Tool Detection System works. An Artificial Intelligence looks at different criteria including the volume of requests and decides whether to give you a warning or not.

The process takes place in 3 stages:

1st warning indicating that you have abnormal activity ("A high number of profile visits")

2nd warning with a account ban for 24 hours

3rd step: definitive ban of the account

In reality, LinkedIn can't really tell if you are using an automation tool or not. We have already managed to reproduce the warning manually internally.

This detection concerns a very small minority of users (around 1/1000) and has a somewhat random aspect on the part of LinkedIn. As you can imagine this is something that we watch closely and that happens very rarely (otherwise we wouldn't exist anymore 😅).

If you're using real accounts you should have no problem getting them back using your ID
