i there, I’m looking at the referral program feature and had two questions before upgrading:
On the leaderboard / points page, can we display custom reward progress? For example: – “3 points left to unlock Gift A” – “10 points left to unlock Gift B”
Then once the user reaches the threshold, show “Unlocked.”
Also, can we trigger our own custom actions or emails when a reward is...
There is no documentation on email automations, such as how we set up email campaigns after users join the waitlist. How many emails can we pre-write in a campaign, and how is the flow between them controlled? What logic exists in the form that could trigger different end results? Or is it simply a welcome email sent when someone signs up, with the option for me to do mass broadcasts manually, but with no automation? I just need some clarity on this process.
