Hi Devin, Trying to buy and implement today. Just need to clarify;
1) What happens when the monthly email limit is exceeded — do emails queue, stop, or is there overage billing? we are expecting a very popular waitlist as early signals are already very strong.
2) Can you provide a DPA for GDPR compliance? We'll need this for our privacy compliance. Do you have one?
3) On AppSumo tiers, are advanced analytics, translations, bulk import, and conversion tracking included at all tiers?
Finally, we also like to look into the dev/team of any vendors we use, but can't seem to find anything, and there no about page on your site. I wasn't able to find a github repo for Waitlister or yourself. Is it possible to refer to the anything that let's us know more about your dev company and other projects too + your last name?

Thanks for your interest, happy to clarify everything.
1. Email limits: when you hit your monthly email limit, sending pauses until the next billing cycle. There's no overage billing and emails don't queue.
2. DPA for GDPR: Yes, you can access the DPA via our privacy policy page: https://waitlister.me/privacy-policy.
3. AppSumo tier features: Advanced analytics and conversion tracking are available on every tier, translations and bulk import from tier 2.
4. About us: Waitlister is built and run by me. I'm a solo developer and have been building and running it for over a year now. The codebase is private.
And regarding the free trial + AppSumo: If you already upgraded on Waitlister with that email address, then you should sign up a with new one. Otherwise, you can use the same email address.
