Not sure why the tool got negative reviews... The registration for me was flawless. Email setup is super easy (in my case, Google Workspace Gmail). I tested it on my email account first, and after 2 weeks, my email was primed and ready for action. Now I am warming up my client email, and it goes pretty well so far. I did not heed to connect with support, so I can't comment on that, but as far as the tool goes - it does exactly what it is supposed to do flawlessly! I wish the team would implement an easy interface to communicate with the blacklist providers right in the tool in case the domain/IP is blacklisted for some reason to discuss whitelisting it.
