I’ve only been using WarmySender for a few days, so this is definitely an early review, but so far I’m really happy with what I’ve seen.

What I like most is having several things I normally need different tools for in the same place: mailbox warmup, cold email campaigns, email verification and lead searching. Setting up my first mailbox was pretty straightforward and the dashboard makes it easy to understand what’s happening without having to dig through a ton of menus.

I’m currently letting the mailbox warm up before pushing any serious volume, so it would be unfair to say anything about long-term deliverability or campaign results yet. That will take a little more time.

I’ve also started playing with the lead database and campaign features and there’s quite a lot to explore. So far everything feels well thought out and practical.

Still early days for me, but first impression is very positive. If the platform keeps performing like this, I can definitely see it replacing a couple of tools in my current stack.
