Can you comment on Google's guidelines for indexing using Indexing API. How can we use your product if we are not doing JobPosting or BroadcastEvent? Using your product are we at risk of spam detection and having Google account revoked?

2. "All submissions through the Indexing API undergo rigorous spam detection. Any attempts to abuse the Indexing API, including the use of multiple accounts or other means to exceed usage quotas, may result in access being revoked."

Sep 27, 2024A: Hi! We do not use the API to crawl the pages, that we do using a different API. We use Google APi for indexing and not crawling. Also this guidelines was introduced a long time back and this does not apply anymore to for indexing. Dont take my word for it, try it once and if it doesnt you can always get a refund :)
Regarding spam check, we do that ourselves since Google has asked us to do so. Else our account with google will get banned. We have a set of guidelines that we follow like not sending prohibited content, not sending content for indexing repeatedly when Google returns a response to throttle, not sending more than 5000 requests per site per day and many more.
I bought Tier 5 over the weekend, but I have also been looking into this as well. I expect to see a definitive response that clearly shows this tool isn't operating outside the rules. If I don't see one soon, I am going to be refunding my purchase.

No, and Shirin has been responding to unrelated questions here and on the other deal she launched Monday (Binder). Huge red flags here. I just left a 1 taco review and am refunding my purchase. Warpindex is clearly in violation of Google's terms.
