unfortunately support is so weak :(

After testing WarpIndex for several months, I am extremely disappointed with the results. Despite following the setup instructions carefully and ensuring all configurations were correct, the tool simply does not work as advertised.

No Indexing Results: The primary purpose of the tool—indexing pages—was not achieved. After months of testing, the pages still remain unindexed, rendering the tool ineffective.

No Transparency in Functionality: There is little to no feedback or transparency about what the tool is doing in the background. It’s impossible to determine whether it’s even attempting to index the pages or if the issue lies elsewhere.

Poor Troubleshooting Support: Even after reconnecting and resetting the entire setup multiple times to rule out configuration errors, nothing changed. The tool offers no clear error messages or troubleshooting guidelines to address the issue.

Lack of Documentation or Support: The support provided by the company is minimal at best. The documentation is vague and doesn’t offer any concrete steps to resolve common problems.

Overpromised, Underdelivered: WarpIndex makes bold claims about its capabilities, but in practice, it fails to deliver on these promises. It feels more like a marketing gimmick than a reliable solution.

Time-Consuming and Frustrating: After spending countless hours trying to make it work, I can confidently say that the effort is not worth it. It’s a waste of both time and money.

If you are looking for an alternative solution, I strongly recommend exploring other services. WarpIndex does not provide any value and fails at its core functionality. Avoid this tool and save yourself the frustration.

Support was always hard to get a hold of but now it's been a few months since I bought this and nothing seems to work and support has just disappeared. Have a chat ticket I've been following up on for almost a week with no response.

Well, I asked the authors of this product if the app was even still working?
And received a big fat No Response so I guess that is a big fat NO it is not working.
It's a shame because of course the app stopped working 1 day after the refund period ended.
How convenient was that for the author?
I think instead of a taco rating they should get a custard pie award.

This app has stopped working, and no one responds to support questions. I have to manually submit my URLs to Google for indexing. I wish I could get a refund, but conveniently, the app stopped working right outside of my refund window. I feel robbed.
