Durante varias semanas (ya meses) he tenido problemas críticos que hacen imposible operar la plataforma de forma confiable. No puedo reconectar mis número de WhatsApp: el QR muchas veces no carga, y cuando finalmente lo hace (a veces después de horas), la conexión es inestable.

En el mejor escenario, solo logro enviar una campaña de pocos contatos antes de que todo vuelva a fallar.

La situación empeora porque:

La extensión de Chrome no funciona para enviar campañas

El envío desde el cloud server tampoco funciona

En otras palabras, no hay un método confiable para enviar mensajes, lo que vuelve la herramienta completamente inutilizable para cualquier uso serio o de producción.

Lo más frustrante es ver que no soy el único reportando estos problemas y que, aun así, no hay comunicación clara ni soporte efectivo por parte del equipo. Cuando una herramienta falla, lo mínimo esperable es soporte activo y transparencia sobre el estado real de la plataforma. Aquí no hay ninguna de las dos cosas.

El producto tiene una idea interesante, pero una idea sin ejecución ni soporte no es un producto.

Si el equipo logra estabilizar la plataforma y ofrecer soporte real, estaré dispuesto a reconsiderar esta reseña.

Hoy, con lo que existe, no puedo recomendarla bajo ningún escenario profesional.

The product has promise but is full of bugs (error when trying to open tickets and incoming messages not being detected — and yes this is an extra monthly fee paid add on) and I cannot get support to reply to me. It is a real shame because this could be a great product. I will change this review if I do end up being able to talk to support. I've tried their chat (funny they themselves don't use WhatsApp...) and their email and got zero replies.

How have I struggled to get automated messages into WhatsApp groups. Somehow it sometimes worked, but never for a longer time without touching. Than I found Wbiz. Yes, from time to time I may get hiccups, but all in all it just works perfectly with all the automation tools like Monday, ActivePieces, Apix-Drive, etc. Limits are also perfectly fine; they are hard to reach so far. I use it to forward messages, get notifications for new google reviews, summaries from different things into my daily app whatsapp. It makes things a lot easier. Thank you for this product.

WBizTool has been a great tool to fill a missing piece in our workflows. We are able to send out WhatsApp messages to warm up our old customer base using regular WhatsApp numbers - not having to go through the Meta applications. This does mean you have to keep message limits in mind, so be aware of that- less than 500 a day is best practice, as well as follow some other guidelines / bets practices. That means mass cold messaging is probably going to get you blocked. But as part of marketing workflows like we use it for- it's really reliable! I have also been able to successfully place API calls to allow messaging as part of Pabbly Connect workflows in our eCommerce site too. Plus I have used the service for non-profit use where I have messaged reminders and attachments to participants about events. There are features that have been added since I purchased that I haven't explored yet. This is definitely a great platform and a great LTD. Oh and customer service has been helpful and responsive!
