Hi Sumo-lings! 👋

I've been diving into automation tools lately to save time and streamline my workflows, and WbizTool has quickly become one of my favorites. Setting it up was a breeze .. just scan the QR code, follow the straightforward documentation, and you're good to go. No need to wrestle with Meta's API configurations, which always felt like a tedious task. Plus, the LTD is a steal at this price point IMHO..

The tool has integrated perfectly with platforms I already use, such as Zapier, Make and even Boost.space. The automation capabilities, especially for sending WhatsApp messages, have been a huuuge time-saver or maybe even a life-saver for me haha.. I no longer have to deal with the hassle of manual messaging, since WbizTool handles it all seamlessly.

Initially, I hit a small snag with the message delivery, but the support team responded quickly and resolved it in no time. Since then, everything has been working flawlessly.

One thing worth mentioning is the messaging quota. While the current plan is sufficient for now, I can see myself outgrowing it soon as I expand my workflows. A higher-tier plan would be amazing for users like me who are scaling their projects - hopefully that's something on the roadmap! I may as well buy several Tier 3 licenses in the future, (just to be sure)..

Overall, WbizTool is a solid product backed by responsive support. If you're looking for an easy, affordable way to automate WhatsApp messaging, this is absolutely worth trying.

Initial hick-ups in the Onboarding which was frustraing. Anurag helped me with manual updates. However the tool itself is very easy to use. I replaced my other AppSumo purchased that was sending text / sms messages. So, this is real value for money for me. Please the device need not be connected to network once the setup is complete.

The API integrations are straight forward. The Scheduling API did not work initially but the team work on it and fixed it.

Currently I see a delay between 25 to 40 seconds in receiving messages so sending OTP might not be an option as of now. Other than that it works flawless.

I wish with the T2 and above with a Dedicated Server Type they are able to send messages in-real time. Or if they can route a specific message category on-priority will be awasone.

I wish the team the very best and hope this tool stays afloat.

I had been looking for a tool like this for a long time — easy to use and very simple to integrate with other platforms I’ve purchased here, like Activepieces.

One of the things I appreciate the most is that, unlike many other platforms, sending WhatsApp messages does not incur any additional cost — it’s included in the plan, which makes it even more valuable for automation workflows.

At first, I encountered a problem because the messages weren’t coming through even though everything was correctly integrated. However, after contacting the support team, they were able to quickly resolve the issue, and since then, I haven’t had any problems. I hope it continues working this smoothly.

The only thing I would love to see is a slightly larger plan. While 20,000 messages might seem like a lot initially, the tool’s ease of integration has allowed me to imagine many ways to use it within my automation flows, and I believe that soon 20,000 messages will not be enough. I hope they consider offering a higher-tier plan for users who want to keep scaling their projects.

This is a solid tool. I am so happy I do not have to go through all the Meta's API configuration. With WBizTool, I just have to read the QR code and I am good to go! Amazing!!!

I have successfully integrated the tool with Make, Albato and Pabbly. The integration using the documentation is very straight forward.

However, the support team responded quickly, and it worked. The documentation is very well done, so I was able to connect to Boost.Space very easily. Since I need to send messages to a group, I will need to upgrade to Level 2."
