Issue connecting Whatsapp via QR
The platform was working fine, but lately it's been disconnecting without warning, and I only notice it after several days because I'm manually checking. Since April 23, messages have stopped being sent, and I haven't been able to reconnect the platform via QR code. I've contacted them via chat several times and by email, but I haven't received any response. Their support service is nonexistent. I'd like to continue using the platform, but I need help with my account. Thank you.
UPDATED: After a whole week of failed attempts to connect to the platform via QR code and contacting them by email and chat, I can confirm that there is no one providing support. The platform has stopped working, and no one is resolving the issues.

No support, messages stuck under "in progress" for over 2 days, whatsapp disconnects
I really wanted to love and use it. so much so, that I pucrhased two tier 5 licenses and then another one for a friend. Again, three licesnses of the highest tier.
Unfortunately, there are disconnections of numbers almost every week, messages aren't always being sent, I've reached out to support countless times over the last 8 months and sometimes they answered and were super helpful, but in others they just ghosted me.
As things stand, I have 45 messages waiting in line to be sent for over 2 days, I've sent a message and got no response - but on their website and directly to their mail.
A company that doesn't respond to messages and leaves their customers hanging, unforunately, just can't be trusted. I'm stuck now, not sure how to approach it, having spent a lot of money on this hoping it would work well.
Would have loved to give them 5 stars because I'm heavily dependent on this app, but for now I'm just stuck.

I've been using this software for two and a half months, and it's disconnected from my WhatsApp account about 20 times. To make matters worse, sometimes it's difficult to reconnect, and even impossible at times, requiring a wait. I deeply regret paying for a Tier 3 version, and the worst part is that I've missed the return window.

The problem is precisely that: the extension is necessary to use the group functions included in Tier 3, which is the plan I have subscribed to.
Therefore, this is not a case of “misuse”, but rather using the functions as they are designed in your own system.
If the combined use of Cloud and the extension causes frequent disconnections, we are facing a design or integration issue with the platform, not a user configuration problem.
I have experienced multiple disconnections, difficulties reconnecting, and loss of continuity in my work, which is especially problematic in a professional environment.
I would appreciate a stable solution or a clear proposal from you for those of us using Tier 3, as the current experience does not match what is promised in that plan.

Had high hopes, but my WhatsApp account got blocked and no support
Had really high hope for this app. But there is nobody responding to messages anymore. Did they abandon the app?
WhatsApp says that I cannot use this because it is not an "official" tool. So, they blocked my whatsapp account after 100 mesaages.
Again...support is non existent...
Too bad....

Please send email here - info@wbiztool and screenshot of whatsapp saying its because we are not an "official" tool and I am more than happy to take the responsibility. I am saying this, because so far we have seen 100% of time blocks happen when people are sending marketing/promotional messages, which is against the guidelines...
