I have been using the app for a long time and everytime it works fine. But recently mi conection is lose or my messages are pending and when i´m trying to reconect the qr code doesn´t work. So i have to come back to phone and all my automatizations are useless

It just stopped working

I’m not one to jump to conclusions, but in this case I have to say I’m really annoyed that I bought Tier 3.

At first, the tool worked fine, though there were occasional delays in sending messages. Then the connection kept dropping. I understand that the problem often lies with WhatsApp, because you have to realize that the way WhatsApp is used here isn’t officially supported.

However, the entire system has stopped working for some time now. The QR codes needed to connect to WhatsApp are no longer being generated. The system attempts to start up a server. The message says to wait a few seconds (!!!). In reality, the QR code is not generated.

There doesn't seem to be any responsive customer support.

Will Noah Kagan save us?

The platform was working fine, but lately it's been disconnecting without warning, and I only notice it after several days because I'm manually checking. Since April 23, messages have stopped being sent, and I haven't been able to reconnect the platform via QR code. I've contacted them via chat several times and by email, but I haven't received any response. Their support service is nonexistent. I'd like to continue using the platform, but I need help with my account. Thank you.

UPDATED: After a whole week of failed attempts to connect to the platform via QR code and contacting them by email and chat, I can confirm that there is no one providing support. The platform has stopped working, and no one is resolving the issues.
