Yet another tool that stopped without reconcilliation
Is there no solution to get these guys to refund us for not being able to use this tool? This is one of my third high-value purchases that went down the drain without any feedback. Answered.so was another promising one that disappeared.

Another product that stops working
Another product that stops working in less than a year... Tier5 has barely been usable due to constant issues with the platform, and now there is no support and no solutions.
AppSumo, if you don't keep better control over situations like this, it becomes a serious problem.
