Urgent Complaint Regarding Severe Delays and Non-Delivery of Scheduled WhatsApp Messages
Dear WbizTool Support Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the persistent issues I have been facing with your service. I purchased a lifelong membership from WbizTool.com, which includes a monthly allowance of 8,000 messages. However, I have been experiencing significant problems with the delivery of my scheduled WhatsApp messages.
Currently, I am only sending 73 messages per day along with one good morning attachment, which is well within the allocated limit. Despite this, the service has been highly unreliable. Specifically, on December 5, 9, 20, 22, 23, and 28, my scheduled messages were either severely delayed or not sent at all. Even after repeated follow-ups via email and WhatsApp, the issues were only temporarily resolved, and the problem continues to persist.
Today, for instance, the system report indicates that the messages were sent, but in reality, they have not been delivered to the recipients. This recurring problem is severely impacting my communication and the reliability of your service.
As a lifelong member, I expected a seamless and efficient experience, but the service quality has been extremely disappointing. I urge you to:
1. Immediately investigate and resolve the delays and non-delivery issues.
2. Provide a detailed explanation for the recurring problems.
3. Compensate for the disruption caused, considering the impact on my daily operations.

This is a gamechanger
How have I struggled to get automated messages into WhatsApp groups. Somehow it sometimes worked, but never for a longer time without touching. Than I found Wbiz. Yes, from time to time I may get hiccups, but all in all it just works perfectly with all the automation tools like Monday, ActivePieces, Apix-Drive, etc. Limits are also perfectly fine; they are hard to reach so far. Reliable Tool for Marketing Worklfows
WBizTool has been a great tool to fill a missing piece in our workflows. We are able to send out WhatsApp messages to warm up our old customer base using regular WhatsApp numbers - not having to go through the Meta applications. This does mean you have to keep message limits in mind, so be aware of that- less than 500 a day is best practice, as well as follow some other guidelines / bets practices. That means mass cold messaging is probably going to get you blocked. But as part of marketing workflows like we use it for- it's really reliable! I have also been able to successfully place API calls to allow messaging as part of Pabbly Connect workflows in our eCommerce site too. Plus I have used the service for non-profit use where I have messaged reminders and attachments to participants about events. There are features that have been added since I purchased that I haven't explored yet. This is definitely a great platform and a great LTD. Oh and customer service has been helpful and responsive!
