Does more than Notion and OneNote

I was using both Notion and OneNote to wrangle materials for classes I'm taking. Notion was too finicky and OneNote was too plain. Both those programs griped at copy/paste ... I found Weavernote and am so glad I did! It provides me with an on-time-update via the mobile app and while there is currently no standalone desktop app, the PWA works wonderfully. I am able to use folders and notes more liberally than either of those other apps and everything is well-organized and accessible for me. Thank you so much for creating this app and I am thrilled with it! Keep up the great work!

Stellar tool!

So far, it's been a great tool for me....and I've looked high and low for something like this. Other tools have always fallen short of my needs, the way my mind works, and the way I like to organize things. Some tools were powerful and full featured, but were so complicated that it wasn't worth it. Some tools were easy to use but had missing features. I'm very very pleased with Weavernote.

I do have one frustration though, if you let a window sit there too long, it logs you out and you can lose information (not sure how with autosave enabled, but it happened to me). I used it for several hours today and it logged me out three times while I had it open and was reading stuff in other windows. Please consider making the auto-logout feature not log you out so soon.

Other than that, fantastic job and thank you!

On its way to 5 starts

I was very hungry for a Google keep alternative with a little deeper connection of notes and such.

This app delivers on my needs.

Folders. Notebooks, connecting notes 1 way and 2 way.

I didn't realize the kanban was INSIDE OF A NOTE!! Literally so cool!

It has tags, search, colored notes (custom color picker too. That's a bonus!)

The visuals of seeing how notes connect is a nice touch.

The AI isn't overwhelming anf actually turned out some great infographics!

There are obvious little improvements needed here or there. But honestly, it's simple (in a good way) and with a little maturity I could see this being a very powerful tool.

Notifications/Reminders is a huge bonus for a note taking app.

Unlimited word count per note.

Note editor has all the needs
Highlight, font color, Checklists , tables. Images,

And the reason I gave up on Google keep was a check list was only a checklist. I love being able to put a checklist and include the rest of the notes in the same card.

Supports import and export of notes in markdown.

Has auto save, dark mode,

Like I said. Just a couple tweaks and polishing on things that honestly can only be fixed or changed with feedback. Which the developer is very polite and responsive.

I only got tire 1 as I'm not a big AI guy.
And 1gb of storage is a little low it seems.
But I think it would take quite a lot of images to get you to 1 gig of storage.

Seems fair to me.
To feel like I'm in the semi familiar setting of Google keep. But being able to in depth work on my notes with a LITTTLE more obsidian snuck in.

I'm on board. I've moved all my notes to Weavernote and already can tell the difference of actually working on my notes and going over them.

Keep up the good work

I look forward to the future of this app. And

Great tool for all my projects!

I've been using Weavernote for some weeks now and I really like it! It's so easy to sort all your notes into different folders and notebooks and connect them, so I always find quickly what I need. It's really simple and intuitive and that's exactly what I've been looking for! The autosave feature works perfectly, too, and even when switching between notes or accidentally closing them too early, I didn't lose anything.
I'm looking forward to continuing my use daily!!

It can be great! (will see...)

I've been using Weavernote for a few days and I’d like to share my experience with everyone.

Pros:

1. I tutor online courses, and with Weavernote I can copy and paste an Excel table directly and track students using AI, while keeping the table format (it’s hard to believe, but this feature doesn’t exist in almost any other program I use).
2. The creation of questions, flashcards, etc. is great. You can tell the creator wants to make something different and useful; there’s clearly a creative mind behind it.
3. The overall idea of Weavernote is fantastic, and I like that the online storage limits are “low.” On Appsumo we’re very used to asking for too much… and then companies end up shutting down because they promise things they can’t afford (like “unlimited” storage).

Things to Improve:

1. Navigating between menus isn’t easy or very intuitive. I miss something simpler and more visual.
2. Speed! If I see any problem with Weavernote, it’s the speed. When editing notes there can be some delay, and it seems to “pollute” the CPU.
3. I’m a Spanish speaker, and all the answers, flashcards, etc., appear in English. In the age of AI, I don’t think it should be complicated for answers to appear in the same language as the question…
4. Not exactly a problem, but a concern: Only one person has developed this (congratulations, because it’s a great job), so I’m worried it might be abandoned…

Thanks so much for this - it means a lot!

Super happy to know that you’re using Weavernote for tutoring - that’s one of the key use cases I had in mind while building it.

I really appreciate your feedback on areas to improve. Speed and navigation UX are already top priorities for me right now. And about the language - you’re spot on. I initially designed it with language learners in mind, which...
