Q: WebAbility.io in Shopify Store

I seem cannot find any WebAbility.io in Shopify Store at https://apps.shopify.com/

Does WebAbility.io really support Shopify, and also WooCommerce apart from WordPress site ?

A: You’re right — WebAbility.io is not yet listed on the Shopify App Store. We’re actively working on launching there soon.

In the meantime, you can still integrate WebAbility.io with your Shopify store by adding our script tag manually. This lets you start using the platform right away without waiting for the official app release.

We also support WordPress and WooCommerce integrations directly.

A: Yes — WebAbility.io supports WooCommerce as well. Since WooCommerce runs on WordPress, our integration works seamlessly for both regular WordPress websites and WooCommerce stores.

So apart from standard WordPress sites, you can definitely use WebAbility.io on your WooCommerce

When logged in to the dashboard there doesn't appear to be information on how to contact support. When visiting the implementation guide, I can see a support email address at the bottom of the page. How long should I expect it to take to receive a reply?
