Hello, I purchased a 5 code plan and am implementing the widget on my clients' Wordpress sites. I am having a problem: the widget sometimes disappears. Are you making any updates or changes that could justify this problem?
Q: Align Accessibility Menu Font with Brand, Verify Client Wide Use
Can we change the font in the Accessibility menu so it matches our brand if White-Label on the highest tier?, and confirm we can roll this out on our clients’ sites as well, I have seen apps that cap installs to a few domains and ban you once they figure out you are using them for client projects instead of your own site?
Yes, on our highest-tier Agency/White-Label plan, you can customize the font in the Accessibility menu to match your brand. This includes aligning with your preferred typography to ensure a fully cohesive look across your sites.
We also fully support client-wide rollouts. You are welcome to use the widget across multiple client sites-we don't restrict usage or penalize you for deploying it in client environments. In fact, our system is built with agencies and resellers in mind, so feel free to scale as needed.
If you're looking to manage more than 10 domains or need help setting up white-label branding, just let us know and we can assist you.
Q: Complete translation of all texts in the module that the website visitor sees ?
Hello, I saw that you have the option to display the tool in multiple languages. It actually works quite well. There are just two points I noticed. At the bottom of the tool's button, there are the two links "Accessibility Statement" and "Report a Problem." These two links, regardless of which language you select, are always in English. So it would be good if you could hide them or, better yet, display them in the corresponding language as well, not in English. My question is, can you change that? This is definitely decisive for us when making a purchase, as we need a flawless, linguistically clear, translated version.
A: Thank you so much for pointing this out - we truly appreciate your attention to detail.
You're absolutely right. The "Accessibility Statement" and "Report a Problem" links were previously not adapting to the selected language, which could disrupt the user experience. We've now resolved this issue, and those links will display in the appropriate language based on your selection.
Please feel free to test it again. Your feedback helps us improve, and we're grateful for your input!
I wanted to ask about the white label function and the possibility of an agency plan. I bought Plan 4 in May and many Appsumo users were already asking about the white label function and the possibility of an agency plan ....
Now I have seen that you have published more information about this at webability.io/lifetime! Could you possibly integrate the agency plan here on Appsumo and make it available as an additional level? I would then return another software and would buy the agency plan and the white label function immediately. I would then have over 900 euros at my disposal that I could not invest directly at the moment .... Please think about it and let me know your decision
A: Thank you for your continued support and for sharing your interest!
At the moment, we don't have plans to bring the Agency Plan option to AppSumo, as the Agency Dashboard is still under development. We're currently offering it only to a limited number of users directly through our website while we finalize and refine the experience and needs of agencies.
That said, we truly appreciate your enthusiasm and the generous budget you've set aside. If you'd like early access or want to be added to the shortlist for when more agency seats open up, feel free to email us at support@webability.io or check out webability.io/lifetime for the current offering.
We'll keep your interest in mind and update you if anything changes regarding AppSumo availability.
