Q: How to get support
When logged in to the dashboard there doesn't appear to be information on how to contact support. When visiting the implementation guide, I can see a support email address at the bottom of the page. How long should I expect it to take to receive a reply?

Typically, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours during business days.

As it's now been over 48 hours since I first messaged the email, I'd appreciate it if someone can double check the support email or let me know a new timescale, please.
