Then you changed it after I had already purchased two codes and said that now everything on the roadmap was included. I never got all the features and new features for life. Others had mentioned this too (that you changed the terms after they had already made purchases). I think we deserve to get what we paid for at the time, I should have 10 websites/people and all of the features available made over the years, and anything else you added on the roadmap. I just want what I paid for. When I paid, you had said all future features and updates were free for life after paying. Please stick by your word. I know you can see the problem. Just look at the two pictures and everything in the "included list" that was listed in the features available section, and then compare it to the list of features that are in the paid plan and then look at my plan and see that it is missing all those features now. Everything that was listed on appsumo in the included features is now in the paid plan, and I didn't get all new features for life either. From everything I was promised, I have barely anything compared to what you promised at first and then what you changed it to. Everything on the app sumo page that's featured basics no longer exists for me. I would have to upgrade to get them. That's not right. The name changed of the business and the features have had their names changed, but they are still the same and I was supposed to get everything, plus all future features, forever. But I didn't. I have emailed so many times over the years trying to get what I paid for. Never get an email back.

What would be the difference between this product and Astra? What do you have that they do not?
Hi Webarx, I purchased 2 nodes (10sites), currently installed one of my site, but failed to activate the custom login page, the following error message for your reference. WebARX custom login page could not be activated due to your environment setup, it may be conflict with other plugin or specific .htaccess rules. I tried to login your site to find support, but failed to find info, the online support team not online, is there any way can get intouch with you? Thank you; Adam
