1. So far, none of our customers have exceeded the disc space allowances so we've never needed to cost up additional allowances, but if it did become a need, then we you can contact us and we can have a look at what we can work out.

2. The membership at the moment gives you membership profiles and other interactions like restricting the built-in comments to members only, locking pages to members only or to specific membership groups which you can create, and they can store ecommerce address details and an e-wallet. Members can send each other messages etc. too. On the roadmap are plans to overhaul the membership module and make it much more flexible to various uses so that you can use membership on a site in a whole new way, and we plan to integrate payment options into that as well so you can offer paid membership to access restricted content.

3. At the moment, each site has 600GB bandwidth per month. Even our busiest websites don't even use 30% of that, but if it was needed, then we would assess it on a case-by-case basis to figure out any costs if you needed more than that a month.

4. Wordpress is probably the closest competitor in terms of the platform itself and the blogging etc., whereas Shopify would likely be closest comparison for ecommerce.
