Great questions!
1. The blog is hosted on your main domain, and you can add this to any page you would like -simply add it in the Page Editor (you can even have multiple blogs if you need them!). But you can always create a subdomain for your blog if this makes it easier for you to link to for visitors.
2. We do have a small range of themes and templates available in the Edit Theme> Themes section of the website, to help people get started. We do plan to add more themes, and this has been added to our roadmap. You can find more information here: https://roadmap.webboss.io/
