Q: What's the process of pointing custom domains (e.

g. xyz.com) to your servers? Does it require changing the domain nameservers? Or can we do it via A records?

If there is an option to point via A records, will the custom domain email addresses still work?

Also, do you have documentations or tutorials on how to use the platform? Thanks.

Hi SilverKnight,

Thanks for the question.

We are a domain registrar so you can either purchase a domain through us or point an existing domain to us.

You can either use A records or nameservers to point domains to our servers, depending on the scenario.

If you already have existing domain emails hosted elsewhere that you would like to keep using, then just pointing an A record may be easier.

If you are planning to use the domain email accounts (included in the deal) on our servers, then we'd recommend pointing the nameservers to us but you could also just point an A record to our server and then add an MX record pointing to our server for the emails.

For documentation, you can checkout our Knowledgebase at webbosswebsites.com/support/kb/
We also have a support ticket system within the platform so if you get stuck, you can send us a ticket and we can help out with any specific platform queries.
