I bought the 50 website package (tier 4) for a start and was excited to start transferring many of my 200 sites to the Webboss builder. Unfortunately, it is non-functional. Started building my first website. Suddenly there are broken links and holes in it everywhere. The template just shredded. Sent in a support ticket, no response. I know they got it because the image share link was accessed. So what then? Just couldn't be bothered replying??? So disappointing.

If I could get a lesson on the dang thing, I'd rejoin. But with this level of service, forget it.

It's a great idea, I loved the potential of having 10 websites hosted (bought tier 2), but customer support is non-existent. I have been messaging them for assistance for an inquiry I had and, after multiple messages in their support section, crickets.

Also, just recently, I lost access to one of my sites. It says "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site" when attempting to open and no fix in sight.

I truly tried to have a great experience with this... But I think I need to find something more reliable.

It's great, it's fast and it works.
Personally I think that the templates are a bit limiting but they always work and don't break.
The templates take a bit of getting used to. The Header and Footer are edited separately. They aren't wholely responsive in their design so you have to be careful in your design and testing.
As a low maintenance site, I recommend completely

I was so sick of WordPress and was looking for something cleaner and less bloated. Having moved over to Webboss I could not be happier.

Things I like:

1. The interface does have a small learning curve, but really it's not hard to get grips with. Once you've got into the swing of it, it is super easy to use and I really like the logic of its layout.
2. Editing a page or post is simple to do. I also like how fast everything is. I was using Elementor and the whole process felt overly cumbersome.
3. There is no need to look for plug-ins (whohoo). Nearly all the functionality I need is built in. This adds to the friction free experience.
4. I have been bowled over by the support. They really go the extra mile and always get to the nub of any issues quickly. Mine were mainly to do with some complexity of domain transfer peculiar to my setup and they quickly came up with — and implemented — all the fixes I needed.
5. Render speed so far has been excellent.

Things to Improve

1. Not all elements of page layout are editable via the front end. You can always edit or change the CSS however. As mentioned already, the support is immaclate, even offering to tweak things for me.

Webboss website/hosting package is awesome and has every bell and whistle thrown in. The amount of websites is super duper Tiers 2, 3, 4... for the price.
Not really for the newbie but more geared towards people who make a lot of websites because you can really tinker around. For sure a learning curve just to find things but the results are worth it and Tech Support get back to you with answers within 24 hours they are in Britian so Time Zones may delay quick answers.

I have another Website/Hosting package from Appsumo and this one is better and you get more features and websites for the price. I wish these guys/gals lots of luck because I want to be using these 10 sites I got for a long time and upgrade to 25 sites when needed. Thanks I hope you found this review helpful I know I read all the reviews before buying on Appsumo I don't want to waste time.
