Hello,\u000a\u000aI recently bought the Tire 1 plan and was quite satisfied with it. However, I wasn\u0027t aware that I could upgrade my existing plan to Tire 4 through AppSumo. Instead, I ended up buying a new Tire 4 License. I\u0027ve reached out to AppSumo multiple times, requesting a refund for my initial Tire 1 plan purchase, but unfortunately, I haven\u0027t received any response from them yet. Could anyone offer assistance in this matter?

Normally you just request a refund in the invoicing area, it is a link \u002D and done instantly as a credit.  Quite a simple process.
