Q: WebDiff website is not accessible.
Hi. I tried to access your website in the morning and it was down. As of now (it's evening here) at the time of writing this post, it still showed the error "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT".
I have some questions:
1. If your website goes down, does the WebDiff software still function as per normal or will it stop working?
2. I noticed that some buyers mentioned that they used WebDiff to compare differences in multiple websites before and after updating those websites. Can WebDiff open multiple tabs to check multiple websites at the same time?
3. Does WebDiff save/archive the history of the comparisons?
4. Does WebDiff save the links so that there is no need to re-enter the links again?
5. Can the comparisons be downloaded as PDFs?
Looking forward to your reply. Thanks

Aug 14, 2025A: Hi! Thanks for your report, I'm sorry for the inconvenience 🥲
It's likely that the website isn't accessible from your area because our firewall has blocked access for security reasons. Could you send us your IP address at info@webdiff.app so we can unblock it? Again, sorry for the inconvenience, we're working with our cloud provider to avoid these issues 💪
Here are the answers to your questions:
1 - Yes, even if the website were completely down, the app would still work without problems.
2 - WebDiff doesn't currently allow you to compare multiple websites in parallel, but you can create multiple comparisons and run them one after the other. Running bulk comparisons is already on our roadmap and will be implemented by the end of the year.
3 - You can create multiple comparisons, even for the same website, so you can keep all the history.
4 - When you create a comparison, all the URLs of the web pages being compared are saved (you can also import them from a sitemap). When you need to run a new comparison on the same website, you can duplicate the comparison so you don't have to re-enter all the URLs.
5 - Yes, you can export the comparison report as a PDF.
If you need any further information, I'm here to help 😁
