Hello,
I recently purchased a Webinar.gg license and would like to know if there is an email address or chat channel available for support.
I am having a few issues and would appreciate your assistance:
First, I am not able to invite another participant to join me as a co-presenter for a joint presentation on screen.
Second, the webinars I have hosted are not being recorded, even though I expected the recordings to be available after the session.
Also, I would like to confirm whether test webinars count toward the monthly usage limit.
Could you please help me understand how to solve these issues?
