I love webinar software. I love webinar software especially if they have great offers. So when I saw this one, despite the lack of reviews and negative review, I had to try it.

To keep a long review short, as I've mentioned in the title, the tool is very promising, I think that with some solid QA, the features offered look golden. But the truth is, I haven't even been able to test a webinar because the registration page keeps looping.

I first had my doubts when I contacted support about the SMTP test function not working. They responded showing me that it's working via a loom video. So I test with two different smtp platforms and found that it didn't work twice in a row. There's no error or any feedback that appear. I don't think they even tested it on the browser I used. Whatever, that wasn't enough for me to refund it. When I tried to access more functions, I ran into more issues, and often times sporadic lag with the platform either saving or loading pages.

At some point, I don't have time or patience to deal with this stuff. I know we get good deals on AppSumo, but it's not really our job to QA tools, that should be an essential part of the build process.

To the webinarloop team, I think you have the ability to have a winning product, and encourage you guys to make it into that, but when people are trying out your platform from the beginning, you better ensure that the platform works well and has less features, than more features and unstable product.

As someone who owns an app myself, I probably have had to spend 80% of the time doing QA work with the developer, as opposed to just pure development.

I really encourage you guys to do a huge QA, on multiple computers browsers, and phones to ensure it works "like a beast" before putting it to market. Just my 2 cents.
