1. No, for the moment we do not offer WAF, but that’s a good point to include it to our roadmap - thanks for your input.
Now for the users’ security we keep all the users websites on VPC.
2. You as reseller could apply to our human support in chat 24/7. But our support will not contact your clients as you offer white label platform.
3. Could you please describe the scenario how Let’s Encrypt could be banned (if only you do not violate their Terms of Use)? If you do not trust Let’s Encrypt, you could buy an extra certification protocol an we’ll install it to your reseller’s account.
4. The price is $15/year per account.
5. Yes we host DNS for PRO users.
If your clients pay $126 from their clients accounts they will get domain name for free fo 1 year as a gift.

- once you buy a reseller account - go to domain and press - buy domain name. There you’ll see the price for the 1st and all other years (it will be the same).

Yes, your customers could order email form us through you, but the price will be the same as it is still not included in the deal (for the moment as this feature is not in high demand and the email functionality is very basic).
You could apply our support to ask them to provide demo access how email admin looks like.
