Jokers

They have lowered their prices for the Pro Subscription on their website to $99 per annum. But for us lucky Appsumo buyers we (our clients) still have to pay $126 per annum.

But its ok because We get 50% off meaning we only pay $63 and "can charge what we like to clients"
but lets face it.. they are setting the maximum price i can charge my client.

Absolutely ridiculous. Happy to provide chat transcript.

Very Well Built, BUT - It Needs Sumo-Love

The builder platform is extremely well built and versatile. I recommend their app vs. anything else I tried - it's great for both prototyping, creating websites, and launching with all the essentials you need.

What is not fun about the deal is that you are paying to become their affiliate, which makes sense form a business standpoint, but NOT for a community such as AppSumo.

We should encourage deals that fall in line with the AppSumo ideology, not deals that are only for a year and are badly setup.

Since the creator is purposely trying to mislead customers by acting like they don't understand what "export" means (they always provide instructions on how to "transfer" it to your clients' account, which you gotta pay extra for), here's a guide on how to EXPORT YOUR SITE from Weblium. Unless they create a special export feature for the AppSumo community, here's how you get around it.

1. Create your entire site on Weblium, including the marketing connections, SEO stuff, pages, content, etc.
2. Look for a Web Scrapper, such as SiteSucker (they are free).
3. Set your scraper to ignore the "robots.txt" file, so that their protection doesn't protect the site from the export.
4. Download the entire static site to your computer.
5. Run your site's code through a "beautifier". You can search for plenty of them online to clean up your code.

Now, you will need some basic coding knowledge to tidy things up.

5. Download the images that do not display on your local site, and re-link them, and make sure your assets are all set.
6. When it's all tidy, upload it to your own host and enjoy.

Optional:

7. Split your pages into sections using PHP / JS or whatever you prefer, or even have it implemented to WordPress. At this point you can do whatever you need with the code.

Normally, I would respect their business decision to keep things in-house, because that's their whole business. BUT to mislead the community by saying "yeah we can export it as a zip" and when you ask them they won't, or when they say "it's complicated because it's React.js", - that's all just glitter in the air.
They have the technical ability to export the sites, or can easily set it up, but they don't want to.

And it's understandable, but DON'T mislead the AppSumo community if you're raising funds through selling deals on a lifetime deals site. Will be happy to remove the export guide once the community's voices are heard - because I understand it affects them retaining users paying monthly.

Peace.

Reseller white-label

It's still a confusing product. No proper vision of what the Weblium white label wants to be. Weblium wants to force you to sell hosting by allowing other people to sign up under your brand. You cannot prevent that. Then they want you to manage those sign up on your own - Make your helpdesk and knowledgebase. And they don't give you any access to even overview those clients. (hahaha you can only see their email address) Anyone can make any illegal website under your brand name (white-label). And you cannot even remove them and know what they are doing under your account. They don't have a term and condition for resellers. IF A CLIENT UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT sign up and is not satisfied and want a refund, they have to contact you then you have to contact Weblium and then do a refund.

I have no real issue on the builder. It's excellent. However, the reseller account has not been given proper thought. Just sad this service could be more than what it is, got huge potential.

Not what i was looking for

1. The website files are not exportable. I dont know why people here are giving 5 stars for.
2. if a customer is in wordpress hosting, not sure if this will work
3. ridiculous process of asking customer to register in our white label agency builder but its handicapped solution of files cant be exported.
4. no where on appsumo they have clarifed that the website files are not exportable. (feels like it was hidden)

Bad purchase. will be asking for refund
