1) Most probably your website is using some custom parameters to identify dynamic parts of an URL, that is why such pages are added as unique URLs to the project. You need to add your dynamic parameter to the list of URL parameters in your project's crawler settings as described here;

2) You can pause the scanning task in the Task Manager (bottom left corner), so when you start it again the scanning will continue from the same place. But keep in mind that you should not close the software, otherwise all the progress will be lost.
