Q: So this doesn’t handle Anchor Tag links?
I don’t see it anywhere in the trial.
This is a part of Sitebulb’s reports and I was really hoping it would be here to. Am I just overlooking it?

In WebSite Auditor you can collect and even export all kinds of links and their anchor texts. Here is the Quick Export button to export all links for each page ('Pages' module):
