I have problem with my Danish domain and Rootpal nameservers. Their nameservers are not registered the right way for .dk domaines but Rootpal continue to say that the problem is not is not theirs althougt the Danisk Domain Autorites dk-hostmaster.dk/en say they have not registred it right.

Their customer service is their problem though. I haven't got answered my last ticket. It is almost 45 hours ago and I have still not got an answer and still problems with the nameservers.

If you expect a decent customer service from your webhosting provider when you have a problem I absolutely do not recommend Rootpal.
