Is there an option to add ADA and WCAG accessibility elements?

For example, I don\u0027t see a place where I can add text alternatives to images which is a basic yet essential element of website accessibility.  Are accessibility options available now or upcoming in the future?  Which elements?

Yes, when you\u0027re logged in and editing your website, click any image to open image settings.
