Website.IM has been one of my best purchases. As a new business myself, I feel like I’m growing with them.

• The drag/drop builder is easy to work with, making it easy to build a website.
• They have quite a bit of documentation, which is fantastic.
• The team is very friendly.
• They are attentive to our needs for my lifetime purchases and the white label.

Sometimes, they take a while to answer; hopefully, as they grow, it will improve. As a small shop myself, I can understand how it’s had to cover all bases.

I would love some improvements in the blog area to allow to build pages by the tags, highlight top blogs, and other criteria. One of my sites is an affiliate, so blog display flexibility is essential.

Also, beware of nameserver/DNS issues. Often, appsumo tools don’t play well together using the same domain.

Thus far, I am all in and rooting for a long-term relationship with Website.IM.
