For the price, this is a suitable solution for my needs. However, website.im IS NOT intuitive or very easy to use. I am tech savvy and have used several website builders before, yet I often found myself randomly clicking around for hours to figure out how basic things worked.

Customer service also needs some serious improvement. They state that they respond within 24 hours. However, it took as many as 4 days for me to receive a response to an inquiry! This type of delay is unacceptable. Also, the level of help I received, despite asking pointed questions largely depended on the person responding to me, so not all agents seem to be as knowledgeable as others.

I've decided to keep this, largely because of the price and lifetime deal. But, I am disappointed at the insanely large time investment it took me to do basic things like enlarging my logo and centering it at the top in my header. Changing and customizing colors, and feature blocks is also cumbersome. Why don't we have the basic ability to center buttons? Also, I have been unable to embed videos since I started creating my website over a week ago. I am still waiting for customer service to respond to my latest inquiry from 2 days ago ...
