InvestHealthQ: 403 Forbidden
Hi, we just made a purchase in the nick of time. However, when clicking the redeem button, we only land on a 403 error page. Not the best start.

yep. same thing happened to me. I’m actually surprised your comment made it, I had asked about the exact same and appsumo moderators told me I "was not following community guidelines"
Ialejandrofermin, I think AppSumo is taking a bit of a nosedive lately by suppressing comments that are in everyone's interest.
Is Brazil on your naughty list? If not, there is another issue going on and we hope you can help resole it - we sendt an email to your support.
And also, for deployed websites, not customer access, but the sites themselves, are they restricted as well, or only the customer base?
So, AppSumo can't help, nor Webstarts it seems. Their reply by email:
