403 Forbidden! Why was I blocked after purchasing and debiting my card, without any warning about this restriction in the offer? I demand an immediate explanation for this abusive practice that prevents my access even after payment! It is unacceptable to be charged without receiving the promised service; the description of this offer needs to be resolved URGENTLY!

How do I know if this is my problem? Can't you tell me what my problem is? even after receiving payment, but I can't access it?
I don’t know for sure it’s your problem but the 403 forbidden message is a strong indicator. Email support@webstarts.com and we’ll get those codes activated if we can.
