Hi
1. I want to send WhatsApp notifications for appointment bookings. How can I achieve this in Webstarts?, most of my clients don't use email, so they miss out a lot. So, I want to do a WhatsApp and SMS automation for notifications reminders
2. I also want to send my clients information into my CRM, do you have API or webhook to automate this process?

Nov 26, 2025A: The easiest way to do this is probably using a third party like Zapier. You can use the email notification we send to trigger a WhatsApp notification.
