Q: Billing Section Freeze During Onboarding
Hi,
I’m currently onboarding with your software and everything’s been smooth so far — until I try to access the Billing section to input additional codes.
Unfortunately, at that point I’m greeted with the infamous wheel of doom and nothing loads. I've tried refreshing and retracing my steps, but no luck.
Could you please help me resolve this or let me know if there's a workaround?
