A: We don't provide a way to export your website because we found many people don't know what to do with the code after they export it. It leads to a conflict of interest where the user expectation is that we'll help get that site set up on another server which we don't have permissions, innate knowledge, or control.

You can create all the websites you want on WebStarts. For each site you create you'll be given a subdomain and there's no charge for those. You're just limited to connecting up to 5 domain names on the deal without having to pay for more.
