Q: can not login and no help from helpdesk
When I want to activate my account I first get a 'sign up screen' and after I have filled in my details, I end up on the templates page. That's it. No welcome email (not even in the spam box) And logging in doesn't work, my email address is not recognized (The username or password that you entered is incorrect.) and 'Forget password' doesn't yield anything either.
An email to Webstarts-support gives the following answer:

Still waiting for a response regarding Brazil, on the naughty list? Must say, support at Webstarts referring to this question section as the only place to get support is, well, I have no words for it... Anyway, been waiting since Friday to get a meaningful reply, can we use Webstarts in Brazil or not?

Finally, at least an answer. I guess Webstarts is on our naughty list now for wasting our time, and potentially also money. Perhaps it would be WISE to notify that you are not supporting certain regions, and also listing which ones, especially when they make no sense at all, thanks!
