Q: Can You Please Redeem My Code? Can You PLEASE Improve Your "Support"?

Hi WebStarts team — I’ve emailed support 3 times now about an unresolved issue with redeeming my third AppSumo code. I bought Tier 3 and applied all 3 codes (got a green confirmation), but my dashboard still shows only 2 codes applied.

Here’s how my last email began (for reference):
“I’m following up again regarding the issue with applying my AppSumo codes to my WebStarts account. To recap: I purchased a lifetime deal…”

My email starts with "mikearvizu" — please search your records using that.

I’ve waited over 48 hours with no resolution. Please apply the 3rd code manually and confirm my account is on Tier 3. I want to like this platform, but this onboarding and support experience has been extremely disappointing.
