Q: Can you provide chatbot in webstarts?
I have an issue with a domain DNS record. Could you please provide your support email and let me know if chatbot support is available?

Sep 15, 2025A: We can only support our DNS. So if you require custom DNS support with a registrar other than our please utilize the information in the help documents along with that registrars support.

When I add DNS Record A.
I should add "@" and the ip.
But after saving, it turns to my primary domain name, not "@"
The host displays "mydomain.ai" rather than "@".

The "@" means your own main domain😁 @ or example.com is the same, hosts can have different notations for this but it does men the same!
