Q: Do May 2025 customers get automatically upgraded?
Hello, WebStarts team.
I bought the double tier in May 2025. Are customers upgraded to these new tiers? If so, what does the double tier now equal (1, 2 or 3 codes)?

Jul 22, 2025A: No, nobody gets automatically upgraded. You do get access to the incremental improvements and features we add. So I suppose it depends on how you define things.

As someone who spent money for double tier just two months ago and considering there is no way to apply this money to the new plans, I will have to say I'm out. It is a great deal for a newcomer but not for someone who's already invested in WebStarts. I wish you and AppSumo had better considered those who invested very recently.
