Q: Domain and subdomain for websites.
How do you manage subdomains?
I tried adding a domain to a website, following these instructions: https://help.webstarts.com/article/817-how-to-create-a-subdomain-for-your-website.
My use case is as follows: a client already has the domain installed in webstarts on their main website (mydomain.com). Tthey want another website for their brand, but with a subdomain for a city (newyork.mydomain.com), how can this be done?
Since I've tried that and it doesn't work, could you please clarify this?
