Q: Email Add on
Why is your email add-on among the most expensive?
I have to go out to avoid the $13 a month fee although it is hard to figure out how to set it up right. That's way too much, man. You deserve a profit, but this is either profiteering or you are also getting ripped off. If that is the case, please look at other options - even Google Biz apps as at least we will get storage space and google meet with the package.

On May 23, 2025 - Adam_Webstarts mentioned "It comes with some mailboxes, you can buy extras for about $10 per year per mailbox." Support is seriously lacking (it's been 5 days since I sent in a support ticket) and getting an answer here seems to be very selective. That is unfortunate since I do like the product. Seems like a 1-man team.
I'm not sure what your question is but if you sent an email to support you received at minimum an auto-reply. You're welcome to send a follow up or post it here. We're not a one-man team. Yay - if we were.

A few months ago, emails were $10 a year, currently when applying for a new email address the price is $13 p/m while here you say it is $10 p/m, so which is it?
