After looking at the numerous frustrated buyers from AppSumo with questions that went unanswered, I'm concerned about buying a product that doesn't support its customers. I've tried the platform on your site, and its pretty great. But I don't want to purchase if I will never get answers to questions. Do AppSumo buyers not receive support?
