Q: Keeps directing me to log in page

Hi WebStarts Team,

I recently signed up for a free WebStarts account to test out the platform before purchasing the AppSumo lifetime deal. However, each time I log in and choose a template, it keeps redirecting me back to the login page.

I’ve tried using incognito mode, switching browsers, and clearing cookies, but the issue continues. I’d really love to test the platform properly before committing to the purchase — is there something I can do to fix this?

Hi. No VPN is used. I really wanted to try it out before I buy. Also concerned as have seen some comments about regional issues. I travel back and forth from UK to South Africa and I am worried that when I am in South Africa it is going to give me some regional issues. Are there any issues with using it in South Africa and UK? Thanks

There are no restrictions on either of those regions.
