Q: Need help with activation process

I followed the instructions to redeem my LTD, I clicked the activation link, completed the signup process, then went to the billing page as instructed. Initially, the billing page was blank. Now it loads, but there’s still no field or option to enter my redemption code.

Because of this, my account is still showing as a free account, since I haven’t been able to apply the LTD code.

I’ve tested creating a website on your platform and it works fine from my region. I just need help finalizing the LTD activation process.

A: If you're having trouble with activation it's likely because you created an account without using the designated Appsumo URL. This is remedied by entering your Appsumo code directly into the URL slug like this https://www.webstarts.com/appsumo/PUT-YOUR-APPSUMO-CODE-HERE

I've followed your instructions, but the billing page appears blank. I'm accessing the platform from Indonesia & the product page didn’t mention any regional restrictions. I even signed up for AppSumo Plus for this deal.
While waiting for the activation issue to be resolved, yesterday I tested creating a website & it was accessible freely from here, so I assumed this region wouldn’t be a problem

H Adam, I also tried using the URL and entered the redeem code, but it still didn’t work. I even attempted a few methods, such as logging out and logging back in, but the result was the same. I believe you may need to revise the Redeem Instructions, as many users might have already created an account prior to purchasing through AppSumo.
