You've answered the one code domain question a few times, But if I buy two codes, it says that I can connect unlimited domains. Is that correct?

You can create as many sites as you want with the AppSumo plans. You're limited to connecting up to 5 domains to those sites with one code. If you add the second code you can connect all the domains you want.
You can use the service to create landing pages and we have some templates that are focused on that.
Yes, you can hide the header and footer on each page. Just click View and then uncheck the header and footer while in the page editor.
