Can you tell me more about the email backend and what security exists for it? I’d like to know the level of control I have over individual emails and security/spam controls. I’m also assuming data stored isn’t encrypted via end user key, so your team would technically have access. Are there any kind of access controls in place to prevent unwarranted access from your team?

On the website side, what are you doing for backups or redundancies? I’ve been burned in the past by a host keeping all redundant servers within the same data center and then having that building get destroyed. If I’m able to take backups, or data exists across geographically separate locations, that would be awesome.
