Q: Tier 3 – Additional Mailbox Options
Hi Adam, one more question on Tier 3:
If I reach the limit of 15 mailboxes, is there a way to purchase additional email addresses without buying an entirely new Tier 3 plan?
If yes, how does that work and what is the typical cost per additional mailbox?

Jan 15, 2026A: Yes, you can continue to purchase mailboxes on an as needed basis. They're $10 a month if you go month to month, $7 a month if you commit yearly and we also have a 5 pack discounted plan that takes them down to something like $5 per month.
