I bought Webstarts in 2021 on AppSumo. Last year when I was deciding where to build my next website I spoke with someone at Webstarts with some questions I had, they said that Webstarts does not provide support to AppSumo buyers and that if wanted support I would need to get on a subscription plan. The person I spoke with said that AppSumo buyers were expected to experienced website builders, not needing assistance. Regardless every website platform is different, so support is still needed. Have things changed & you are now providing support to Sumolings or is there still no support other than simple things like login issues? If you are offering technical support again, are you able to state here that we will get the same support in the future as paying subscribers for both phone and email support & this will not change again?
