Do you mean Tier 2 and 3. If so, what are the limits on Tier 1? What AI tools do you provide access to and what costs are involved?

I don't understand why you are asking about additional costs for tier 1. If you want AI, then stack 2 or 3 codes. Yes Tier 2 and Tier 3 get Unlimited AI Text and Image Generation. Webstarts is a great website builder, i'd recommend stacking.
